Most of our artifacts are Made to Order or involve custom elements.

• Standard Lead Time: Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for the creation of your item(s) before it is shipped.
• Ready-to-Ship Items: Items labeled as "In-Stock" or from "The Vault" typically ship within 2 - 3 business days.
• Commissions: Timeline for Smitewright Studio custom paintings or Craft Goblin custom projects will be established via your Invoice.

2. Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

Because we create permanent, custom artifacts, our return policy is as follows:

• Custom & Made-to-Order Items: All sales are final on personalized laser-etched goods, crochet familiars, and commissioned artwork. We do not accept returns for "change of heart."
• Personalization Errors: Please triple-check your spelling! We are not responsible for typos provided by the customer. If we make an error that differs from your order notes, we will replace the item at no cost.
• In-Stock Items: Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Cancellations: You may cancel any order within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, a 25% restocking fee may apply if materials have already been prepared.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Carrier: We ship primarily via USPS and UPS. Tracking will be provided via email once your order leaves the forge.
• Damages: If an item arrives damaged, please email shop@thewroughtworkshop.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
• Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.

4. The Nature of Handmade Artifacts

• Natural Variation: Wood grain, acrylic pour patterns, hand-mixed acrylic paints, and yarn colors vary by nature. Your piece will be unique; slight variations from the product photography are a hallmark of handmade art and are not considered defects.
• Safety: Our crochet familiars and decor items are intended as art pieces/collectibles. They may contain small parts (like safety eyes) and are not intended for unsupervised play by small children or pets.

5. Privacy & Security

• Your Data is Sacred: We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is strictly used by The Wrought Workshop, LLC to fulfill your orders and provide a personalized experience.
• Marketing & Communication: When you place an order or sigh up for our newsletter, you are opting in to receive updates from the Forge. This includes notifications about new artifacts, Smitewright gallery openings, and exlusive "Hoard" discounts.
• Opt-Out: You can "escape the goblin's nest" at any time by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of our emails. We promise not to spam; we only send mail when their is something worth truly sharing.
• Secure Payment Processing: To ensure your financial safety, we do not store you credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. We partner with industry leaders to provide a secure checkout:

• Fraud Prevention: We monitor for suspicious activity to protect our studio and our customers. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
